I have a dear friend I lost last week. She died less than a year after learning she had cancer.
I miss her so very, very much.

A Blessing for a Friend
Could one so truly loved
In times past...
Ever seem less than dear
While life shall last.
May you always be blessed
By Heaven's smile...
Who walked beside me
For a lovely while.
