We need rain
Too much heat here
Today is cooler
so nice
got rain last night
maybe more today... hoping
COMING RAIN
Only slightest lean of tufted grass
From East to West
Hints of moisture blowing in.
It promises relief
from scalding heat inside
Desert dryness on our hill.
West winds blow the wind away
But East winds give a whispering
Of hope that rain
will begin at last.
The earth sits open mouthed and waits.
hope you get some rain soon!
