In THY tapestry of life, O' Lord . . . my thanks for every stitch . . . My family and friends who form the pattern , Lord . . . and make my life so rich!
Lovely Margie. I really love the way the rhyme carries the reader along. And I like the sheer love of life that simply oozes from this piece.
P.S. Did 15km (10 mls) on the bike today. Half of it was into a 26kph headwind. I only ride at about 12kph, so it was a bit of a struggle. Went for a quick swim at the beach. Brrr. But the water was warm, so I kept myself immersed. Then sailed home on the bike with the wind at my back. And back to work on Friday . . .OUCH! ;-)
1.I will never forget to appreciate the beauty of each and every day I have here on this beautiful earth.
2.Never, ever be mean to animals, or a child.
3.Never forget to be... a kid at heart
4.Never be afraid to cry. My tears are a source of healing in my life.
5.Never forget to tell all the loved ones in my life how much I love them...especially my hubby, son and daughter...I wiil never forget to say...I love you...to them each day!
6.Never regret my past. Any mistakes I have made I have learned from, and have become a wiser and better person.
7.Never listen to people who say... I told you so! I prefer to have supportive people in my life.
8.Never forget...to pray nightly.
9.Never allow my heartache to infringe on the joy in my loved one's lives.
10.Never forget the importance of a smile...just a little smile might brighten up the darkest day of another person.
That's the best I could do... I could come up with many others if I had more time... but, you only asked for 10 anyway.

How rich the tapestry of life truly is ... sometimes though, we do tend to look at the reverse side and we are faced with knots and loose threads. From negative and positive to veiw it all from a different angle to see the whole picture. Hugs for you Margie.
