I'm sorry if you're grieving... sadly it is something very few will never know and most of us do. All we can hope and pray that G-d gives us the strength to cope.
Grief is like another layer, another part of us that we wear, it's never beaten, it's always there; some days are better than others.
I wish you well and hope the holidays were joyous to you and yours
i think trees carry a lot of wisdom we can learn from...yes i hope that i could take all of lifes storms just like that...
and yes, a true story...they were at a lack of male dancers so they roped 3 of us boyfriends into dancing...so i have 6 college credits in dance and danced in the nutcracker on the college stage with my wife...smiles.
Gorgeous! i only wish i could write the way you do.

Hi Margie
ReplyDeleteThe tree gets uprooted.
Sometimes pride hurts.
its the blade of grass which bends.

Me too, me too...
ReplyDeleteYes!!!-That's the right attitude.
ReplyDeleteGrass gets trampled
ReplyDeleteas trees blow down
only the rock remains steadfast.
Did enjoy the piece though.
