The measure of a thought is
ocean wide ...
For mind can walk the spheres with
easy stride ...
Can flow into the beauty of the sea ...
Or blend into the pulse of harmony.
How good when we have found the
jeweled key ...
That turns the lock of doubt and
sets us free ...
From deep desires that bind us by
their force ...
To wing our way upon an endless
course.
Let thinking drop all fetters in its
flight ...
Escape into the winds that cool the
night ...
(No longer prisoned by its mundane
bars)
To soar beyond the golden dust of
stars!
To soar... ah to soar. I got lost in that! Great stuff, Margie.
