THIS MOMENT

Regardless of what has past
this moment
this day
is our everything.

It contains all the things
we need to be
happy.

We can think
and talk
and remember
the joys
of the past
for
they are
a part of us.

We are
what the past
has made us
and
we shall be
tomorrow
what we make
of ourselves today.

And
may we find
fullfillment
in the faith
that
tomorrow's
memories
will be
even happier
than today's.

Guess thats the key to a happy life..to live in and for the moment...use the past as strength to enjoy ur presence and not as ur weakness to compare with!
    Lovely post!

A mountain poem... I will try,
but later... maybe when I am
away next week at my peaceful
    paradise.

  7. ekta,
Thanks so very much for the kind
words.I do believe the only way
to be truly happy is to live in
the moment. Am I always able to
    accomplish that...no...but, I
am striving for it.I am almost
    there!
    Joy and peace to you!

  9. choices,
    I meant to tell you...
I put a picture of me
and David on here last night.
It is with my "Fireworks In
    My Heart" poem.
That was when he was all ready
    to go to the prom.
Can you believe how tall he
is now... and I had heels on
    in that picture.
How little I look next to him.

  12. Yes we live in the hope to make tomorrow sweeter than today. That is why we want to wake up.
Now is everything. We are here.
